Take the hike to the top of the waterfall. It is beautiful and the waterfall and the crystal clear pool at the top is well worth the unstable bridges they have setup for you to use.

The beach is great for lounging when the sun is out. The waterfall hike is short through a dense Redwood forest and the pay off is worth it.

Great short hikes, beach access, redwoods, waterfall, camping. A great place to set up your Big Sur base camp. The entrance is easy to miss, though.
