Interesting part of Russian history. First Russian scientific museum. And some parts are actual even now. I enjoyed it a lot. Do not expect too much. But try to understand reaction of old timers )

Cashier closes an hour prior to museum, and in the last 15 minutes the keepers — old ladies in small groups — will rudely ask you to leave the museum. Galileo's globe is only open on special request.
